Our Banking Practices Go All The Way Back To The Roman Empire

What’s Uncle Sam’s is Uncle Sam’s, and if it’s a bank, it’s going to invest that dollar by giving it away as a loan, and it comes back with interest and it goes out as a loan, and it comes back with interest, and it goes out as a loan…on and on since #1401.

Actually the oldest continuously, since 1472, operating bank. is Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena in Italy. The original goal of the bank was to offer charitable loans to the poor, and it came back with interest and goes out as another loan to the poor, and it comes back…you got it?

Rent Reporting = Easiest Way To Build Credit

Posted by wpadmin | Posted in Financial Advisement, Government, Personal Finance | Posted on 28-06-2016

Tagged Under : , , , , , , , , ,

A lot of people who don’t have much in the way of a credit history do have a history of paying rent on time. If that information showed up on their credit reports, it might help their scores. Rent Reporting can change the credit game for many people.

1 in 3 people in the US pay rent. That equates to 100 million people paying over $300 Billion in rent annually with very few getting credit for their on-time payments. That makes rent the largest expenditure with the least impact on a consumer’s credit report. But not anymore! This is where Rent Reporting changes the game.

How does rent reporting compare with other types of credit building?

Other credit-building strategies rely on more traditional methods. You can get a secured credit card, for example, or a credit-builder loan. Revolving debt, such as credit cards, and installment loans are considered in virtually every credit score.

BlankCheque rent reporting

Rent information will help lenders that are prospecting for possibly creditworthy people who have been overlooked. Also, if you have rent reporting information on your credit report, it could help you if you rent again later. Because lenders prefer a renter that has a history of paying on time.

                                                                                     Right For You?

RFor-rent-sign rent reportingent payment reporting will have a significant impact for younger consumers with limited, or nonexistent, credit history. These consumers can’t get a credit card in just their name until they are 21, so rent reporting is a great way to get a jump start on building a solid credit profile. Also for people that are trying to rebuild a credit score so that they can be approved for larger loans or mortgages.

So, while sending a rent check in the mail helps keep a roof over your head, it does not help establish your good reputation with anybody except your landlord. Start securing your financial future by using online rent payments services today so you can set it, forget it, and build credit history.

What Is the Difference Between a Charge Card and a Credit Card?

A Credit Card is bad.
A Charge Card is good.

Well, it's more grey.

A #chargecard is like the "dog house" version of a credit card…you have to pay off the balance every month. You cannot carry a balance. Repeat for our credit heavy nation…you hold the cash – or debit and you pay the whole balance every month.

You can use a credit card like a charge card but you CAN carry a balance – and the amount you can carry is your line or credit…if you used a credit card LIKE a charge card then you can increase your line of credit…but if you pay it off every month you don't need more credit.

You might need a l o n g line of #credit for things like home loans, personal loans and car loans, though.

The Fable of Charge Dog and Credit Dog

Most people are sheep — and can make mistakes by following a poor idea.

We Live in A 2nd Amendment Nation Where Maybe Your Additional Defense To Violence Is Ultimate Identity Protection

We live in a #2ndAmendment nation where at least one of the Presidential Hopefuls wants to eliminate #gun -freezones, and make sure "good guys" can have guns just like "bad guys".

We live in a nation where citizens with #mentalillness, apparently disenfranchised and offended by displays of strides in social justice…can easily get a gun – even with strict gun laws.

We live in a nation where people like that want to protect rights to bare arms, but maybe not bare your arm skin next to a person of the same sex.

Sigh.

Other signs, having to do with IDENTITY, would have shown that #Omarmateen was not fit to own a gun.

Perhaps the Universal Background Check would eventually contain more "signs"…clues to mental instability, things you've said online, people you have called…

In the light of the events in Orlando Obama is pushing for a solution like a universal background check.

Some states already have them…and with more seemingly necessary regulation…

You can benefit from protecting your identity so that report…reflects what you actually did. Protect your identity from people looking to use their own lives, and other people's lives to express anger about some ideas they disagree with.

Protect your identity because maybe just maybe phone calls that are made just SAYING something IN YOUR NAME is actually a good indicator of trouble. Maybe officials could use that to the advantage of 50 dead and 53 wounded, like in Orlando. Maybe you could use #UIP  so that you can keep your identity clean.

Ultimate Identity Theft Protection sends sincere condolences to the loved ones of the injured and lost at the hate of Omar Mateen.

Life just happens, good or bad, for many families out there in the United States. There’s no denying it. Single mothers, even single fathers: low-income families have a burden on their shoulders where basic bookkeeping becomes a stress of mammoth proportions due to the fact that there’s never enough income generated to pay necessary bills just to make it day by day.

So what has to be in place? Simply put, government aid. It’s almost a necessity for low-income families. But whether you think it’s a crutch or not, and whether many simply seem to take advantage of the benefits offered by the government, one thing is clear — even the families that do work hard seem to only make it by the skin of their teeth, having to pull from their next paychecks to pay back someone who lent money, or robbing “Peter” to pay numerous “Pauls,” because the fact is this — government aid can only do so much in comparison to personal finances (and, yet, there’s so much going into those funds that it may shock you).

Here Are Five Facts That Just Might Blow You Away With Respect to Government Aid and Low-Income Familieslow-income families

What Do These Facts Mean to You? That They Prove Benefits Don’t Benefit?

On the contrary…. They certainly make their mark. If it wasn’t for these programs, you’d have single parents on minimum wage or low-income families stuck in homeless shelters without any way to make the rent payment. That’s just a matter of fact….

But when you’ve got a certain fast-food chain making anywhere around $4.8BB in annual profits, it begs the question about employment — why not pay your workers what they earn with all the hours they put in, or want to put in, so they can get off of government aid and not have to pick and choose on their expenses?

Your average low-income worker will have just over $6K in annual income and about $11K in benefits for food, rent and child care. How’s that for a perspective on low-income families?

ITPN recognizes there’s a problem with the current system we have in place. So let’s fix it. Now.

Here Are Five Facts That Just Might Blow You Away With Respect to Government Aid and Low-Income Familieslow-income families

  • Minimum Wage Jobs Don’t Often Guarantee Raises or Even Consistent Workweeks — Take it from many particular employees, most of them part-time, for certain fast-food chains. When the paychecks aren’t the same every other week, that makes budgeting all the more difficult for low-income families. Find out what those figures are right here.
  • Food Stamps, While Extensive, Can Fluctuate and Also Promote Bad Health — Think about it for a moment. There’s a lot of money already going into the fund, but the big problem is just what you can exactly buy with your food stamps. This is typically how it would work for a single mother with a low wage of $7.50/hour.
  • Yes, Low-Income Families Do Put Their Share Into Child Care Benefits — As much as they can possibly put into it, at least…. Given the kind of income they’re literally forced to bring in. Want to know just what they could be responsible for each week?
  • Additionally, Low-Income Families Do Put Their Share Into Rent and Housing Costs — Granted, there are no handouts. But the numbers might actually shock you when you put it into perspective like this.
  • Medicaid Will Only Provide for “so Much” to the Point That You’ll Just Want to Get By — It’s basic health insurance. But it’ll only cover certain procedures, prescriptions and other costs, plus there’s still some out-of-pocket concerns at such a low minimum wage that make Medicaid a bit laughable (not due to the government’s lack of assistance, though, and you’ll see why right here).
